1. Adults aged 18+ only
Oraivex is not for children or teenagers. A person under 18 must not use Coach, Mind Room, nutrition, body-photo, optional precise Weather/nearby location, voice, planning or any other feature.
2. Google Gemini powers requested generative AI
Google Gemini is the principal generative-AI provider for requested text, image and live assistance. LiveKit transports real-time media/data for Coach and Mind Room. Gemini output may be confidently wrong, incomplete, fabricated, biased, stale or unsuitable. Oraivex does not guarantee that provider safety filters will catch every harmful output.
Google independently controls its own records. Google says Gemini API prompts, context and outputs may be kept for up to fifty-five (55) days for abuse monitoring, safety, security and required legal or regulatory disclosures. LiveKit retention depends on the deployed project settings and provider policies. Oraivex does not promise zero provider retention.
AI personalization and data minimization
Paid Intelligence and Life OS ask for one-time AI-personalization consent before sending feature-specific wellness information to Google Gemini. The phone and server limit each request to the selected feature. Account name, email, Google/Firebase identifiers, full birth date, device location, GPS coordinates, map history, saved-place labels, Wi-Fi identifiers and place-based feeling history are excluded. Depending on the feature, the request may include only the specific body-profile field, current score, sleep summary, plan detail, weather measurements, feedback, pattern summary or Lab memory needed for that result. Current builds do not collect dedicated allergy, medical-condition, injury, pain or movement-consideration profile fields; legacy fields are removed locally and stripped by the server. Detailed Lab memories are used only by Advanced Lab Memory. Consent can be declined or withdrawn without disabling local app features.
3. Not an emergency service
Oraivex cannot reliably contact police, ambulance, fire services, crisis teams, hotlines, doctors or trusted contacts for you. For immediate danger, self-harm risk, harm to another person, chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe allergic reaction, stroke signs, fainting or serious injury, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
4. Scores, graphs and predictions
Life Battery, Focus, Calm, Delay Risk, Sleep Fuel, fatigue, energy, movement, calorie burn, weather fit and Future projections are software estimates. They are not clinical measurements, psychological diagnoses, employment/academic assessments or legal evidence. Reconstructed or smoothed periods cannot recover facts never measured.
5. Coach, exercise and movement
- On-device Google ML Kit pose detection, live camera interpretation, rep counts, joint angles, form percentages and calorie estimates can be inaccurate.
- Clear the area, use stable equipment and stop for pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, weakness, numbness or unsafe conditions.
- Seek professional clearance where appropriate, particularly with injury, pregnancy, cardiovascular, breathing or joint conditions.
- Step totals/distance can differ from wearables due to hardware, phone placement and stride assumptions.
6. Food, ingredients and allergens
Google Gemini food analysis, typed entries, menu scans and Food Autopilot may misidentify brands or ingredients and misestimate portions, calories, macros, minerals, prices or serving sizes. Oraivex does not maintain an allergy profile or guarantee food suitability. The adult user must check official labels, ingredients, preparation methods and cross-contact, ask the restaurant or manufacturer, and obtain professional guidance when appropriate.
7. Mind Room and mental wellness
Mind Room is adult general reflection and grounding—not therapy, diagnosis, psychiatric care or crisis counseling. A supportive response does not mean Gemini or Oraivex understands the full situation. Seek a qualified professional for persistent distress or mental-health concerns.
7. Movement suitability is the user’s responsibility
Oraivex does not maintain an injury, pain, medical-condition or movement-consideration profile. Exercise and pose guidance can be wrong or unsuitable. Choose only movements, equipment, loads, ranges of motion, pace and intensity that are appropriate for you; stop for pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms; and seek qualified medical or fitness guidance when appropriate.
8. Camera, live video and photo analysis
Photo/camera tools may misidentify food, objects, allergens, brands, prices, body changes, emotions, hazards or people. Do not use Oraivex for identity recognition, authentication, surveillance, medical diagnosis, legal evidence or safety certification. Only submit a person's image with lawful permission.
9. Plans, Flow, Life OS and Paid Intelligence
Generated plans/reports can contain false assumptions, invented statistics, weak causal claims or unsafe timing. Confirm date, time, place, people, route, weather, food, exercise, preparation and local rules. Paid Intelligence is exploratory AI assistance—not verified research or professional analysis.
10. Precise location, Weather and nearby results
Precise foreground location is optional and used only for requested Weather or a live nearby-place lookup. MET Norway forecasts, OpenStreetMap Weather geocoding and OpenStreetMap nearby results can be stale, incomplete or wrong. Forecast availability extends up to nine days and is not an emergency-warning service. Oraivex does not request background location, create map trails, save places, build Wi-Fi place memory or link feelings to locations. Only derived weather measurements—not GPS coordinates, location labels or nearby results—may be included in Gemini prompts. Confirm opening hours, routes and official weather warnings before acting.
11. Safety filtering and prohibited use
Oraivex and Google Gemini may screen text, images, voice and generated content for illegal, dangerous, exploitative, violent, sexual, self-harm, privacy-invasive or otherwise unsafe use. A request may be refused, limited or blocked, and minimal status/security metadata may be retained. Intentional unsafe or illegal processing may consume quota.
Do not use Oraivex to harm, stalk, identify, track, exploit, deceive, harass, surveil, impersonate, discriminate against, sexualize or invade another person's privacy.
12. Provider and availability limits
Google Gemini, LiveKit, Firebase, Hugging Face, RevenueCat, Google Play, speech, weather and weather-geocoding providers can fail, change or be unavailable. Oraivex does not guarantee uninterrupted service, notification delivery, correct output, provider retention, or compatibility with every device or region.
13. Report a safety concern
Email support@oraivexai.com with the app version, feature, approximate time and a privacy-redacted screenshot. Do not include passwords, tokens, payment data or another person's private information.
