2. What Oraivex provides

Oraivex is a general adult wellness, fitness, planning, productivity, nutrition-estimation, reflection and AI-assistance app. Features may include Plan, Now, Flow, Future, Day graphs, steps, calorie-burn intelligence, Life OS, Paid Intelligence, Lab tools, Food Autopilot, Coach, Mind Room, sleep, weather, notifications, virtual coins, subscriptions and live-minute packs.

Oraivex no longer provides map trails, saved places, Wi-Fi place memory or place-based feeling history. It may provide a live nearby-place lookup only when the user requests it; results are not saved as place history or sent to Gemini. The app helps organize information and generate possible actions. It supports the adult user's judgment; it does not replace it.

3. Google Gemini is the AI provider

Oraivex uses Google Gemini for requested text generation, image analysis and live AI assistance. Requests go through the authenticated Oraivex API hosted on Hugging Face Spaces. Depending on the feature, the request can include your typed prompt or transcript, selected or compressed image, live audio or session data, generated output, and the specific profile, plan, score, sleep or weather measurements needed for the result. Dedicated allergy, medical-condition, injury, pain and movement-consideration profile fields are not collected or sent.

Oraivex does not send GPS coordinates, readable location labels, nearby-place results, directions, map history, saved-place labels, Wi-Fi identifiers or place-based feeling history to Gemini. Only derived weather measurements may be included when useful. A location word that you deliberately type remains part of the text you submitted.

LiveKit carries active Coach and Mind Room audio, video or data and connection metadata. Google Sign-In and Firebase handle account identity and security. Google Play and RevenueCat handle purchases and subscription access. Precise foreground location is used separately for requested Weather or live nearby search: MET Norway receives rounded Weather coordinates; OpenStreetMap may receive typed Weather places or current coordinates/search words for a nearby lookup; and Google Maps receives a selected destination only when directions are opened. These coordinates, labels and nearby results are not added to Gemini prompts.

Paid Intelligence and Life OS use a feature-specific list on the phone and server. Account display name, first name, email, Google/Firebase identifier, full birth date, device location, GPS coordinates, readable location labels, nearby-place results, directions, map history, saved-place labels, Wi-Fi identifiers and place-based feeling history are excluded. Depending on the selected feature, the request may include only the body-profile field, current score, sleep summary, plan detail, derived weather measurements, feedback, pattern summary or Lab memory needed for that result. Dedicated allergy, medical-condition, injury, pain and movement-consideration profile fields are not collected or sent. Detailed Lab memories are used only by Advanced Lab Memory.

Oraivex is not designed to keep readable Gemini prompts, selected image payloads, live audio or detailed generated responses in Firestore after the request finishes. Google independently controls its own records. Google says Gemini API prompts, context and outputs may be kept for up to fifty-five (55) days for abuse monitoring, safety, security and required legal or regulatory disclosures. LiveKit retention depends on the deployed project settings and provider policies. Oraivex does not promise zero provider retention.

AI outputs may be incorrect, fabricated, delayed, incomplete, repetitive, biased or unsuitable. You must review important decisions and may not present an Oraivex output as verified medical, legal, financial, scientific or professional advice.

5. Google Sign-In, account security and consent

• Oraivex uses Google Sign-In and does not receive your Google password or broad Gmail/Drive content.
• You are responsible for your Google account, device, screen lock and access tokens.
• Before the first personalized Paid Intelligence or Life OS request, Oraivex asks for separate AI-personalization consent. Declining cancels that online request while local features and local data remain available.
• By granting that consent and activating an online feature, you authorize Oraivex and the named providers to process only the information listed for that selected feature in the Privacy Policy.
• You may withdraw AI-personalization consent from AI data controls, stop the feature, revoke permissions, clear data or delete the account. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not automatically erase provider-controlled records already processed.
• You may not bypass authentication, App Check, Play Integrity, billing, quotas, trials, safety filters, age controls or live-minute metering.

6. Local-first storage and loss risk

Many histories and personal-content features remain on the current device and are not automatically restored on another phone. Uninstalling, clearing app data, changing package/signing identity, storage pressure, device reset or device loss may permanently remove local content. Save any exportable report you need.

7. Feature-specific responsibilities

Scores, graphs and reconstructed periods

Life Battery, Focus, Calm, Delay Risk, Sleep Fuel, fatigue, movement, calorie burn, Future projections and similar values are approximate software estimates. Reconstructed periods cannot recover facts the phone never measured.

Steps and background processing

Steps and distance depend on hardware, Android, phone placement, stride assumptions and permissions. A visible foreground health service may operate; Android can delay/stop it, and Force Stop prevents work until reopening.

Precise location, Weather and live nearby search

Precise foreground location is optional and used only after you request current Weather or a live nearby-place lookup. Rounded Weather coordinates go through Oraivex to MET Norway; typed Weather places may go to OpenStreetMap Nominatim; current coordinates and search words may go to OpenStreetMap Overpass or Nominatim to find supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, cafés and similar places; and Google Maps receives a selected destination only when directions are opened. Providers can return stale or wrong data. Oraivex does not request background location, create map trails, save named places, build Wi-Fi place memory or link feelings to locations. Only derived weather measurements—not GPS coordinates, location labels or nearby results—may be sent to Gemini.

Photos and camera

Image analysis can misidentify food, allergens, brands, prices, body changes, objects, hazards or people. Coach camera/pose results can be wrong. Never use Oraivex for identity recognition, surveillance, medical diagnosis, legal evidence or safety certification.

Food, ingredients and allergens

Calories, portions, macros, minerals, prices, ingredients and meal plans are estimates. Oraivex does not maintain an allergy or medical-condition profile and does not guarantee that any food, meal, product, restaurant item or generated suggestion is safe for you. You are solely responsible for checking official labels, ingredients, preparation methods and cross-contact, asking the restaurant or manufacturer, and obtaining qualified guidance when appropriate.

Movement suitability

Oraivex does not maintain an injury, pain, medical-condition or movement-consideration profile. You are solely responsible for choosing movements, equipment, loads, ranges of motion, pace and intensity that are suitable for you, using proper supervision where needed, stopping when pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms appear, and seeking qualified medical or fitness guidance when appropriate.

Coach

Rep counts, exercise recognition, joint angles, form percentages and calorie estimates may be wrong. Clear the area and stop for pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, weakness, numbness or unsafe conditions.

Mind Room

Mind Room is adult general wellness and reflection—not therapy, diagnosis, psychiatric care or crisis counseling.

Plan, Flow, Life OS and Paid Intelligence

Generated content may contain false assumptions, invented statistics or unsafe timing. Confirm people, time, weather, food, exercise, law and preparation before acting. Paid Intelligence and Life OS do not send the full local profile or automatic device location. Depending on the selected feature, they may send only the body-profile field, current score, sleep summary, plan detail, weather measurements, feedback, pattern summary or Lab memory needed for that result. Dedicated allergy, medical-condition, injury, pain and movement-consideration profile fields are not collected or sent. Detailed Lab memories are used only by Advanced Lab Memory.

8. Virtual coins and quotas

• Coins are virtual engagement points with no cash, cryptocurrency, wage, security, gift-card or transferable value.
• The server controls the current balance; detailed reasons/history remain local.
• Quotas, rewards, deductions, caps and cooldowns may be corrected for duplication, fraud, bugs or invalid proof.
• A valid result or intentional unsafe/illegal classification may consume quota. Verified technical failure should not consume usage when safely confirmed.

9. Subscriptions, trial and live-minute packs

• Google Play checkout controls the actual local price, tax, currency, renewal, refund and eligibility terms. Oraivex's current reference prices are USD 14.99/month or USD 119.99/year for Plus and USD 29.99/month or USD 249.99/year for Pro; the localized Google Play checkout price controls if different.
• An eligible three-day introductory trial may appear on Plus monthly. It is not a separate package and may require a payment method. The offer is three days free, then the localized Plus monthly price shown by Google Play; it automatically renews unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancel through Google Play.
• Plus currently includes 240 shared live minutes per billing cycle and up to 20 per day; Pro includes 750 and up to 45 per day. Coach and Mind Room share one balance.
• Oraivex may reserve available live capacity during one active session but charges trusted finalized actual elapsed seconds.
• Optional 60, 180 or 400 minute consumables may be offered. Google Play and RevenueCat control purchase/restore/refund status.
• Deleting the app or account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancellation must be completed separately in Google Play.

10. User content, limited licence and prohibited use

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant Oraivex and the named processors a limited, non-exclusive permission to process it only to operate, secure and support the requested feature.

You must have permission to submit content. Do not upload another person's private, intimate, health, location, voice or image data without lawful authority.

You may not use Oraivex for illegal activity, violence, exploitation, sexual abuse, self-harm instructions, dangerous evasion, fraud, stalking, surveillance, identity recognition, malware, credential theft, discrimination, harassment, impersonation, privacy invasion, infringement, age-gate bypass or service abuse.

11. Availability, regional limits, changes and termination

Features depend on device, Android, permissions, internet, provider availability, region and updates. Oraivex may limit countries, suspend accounts, refuse unsafe requests, change providers/limits/prices, or remove features for security, legal, technical or business reasons. Material legal/privacy changes may require fresh acceptance.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Oraivex is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, no warranty is made regarding accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted service, compatibility, security, notification delivery, data preservation or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oraivex and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from inaccurate output, lost local data, missed notifications, exercise injury, nutrition/allergy error, travel/weather error, failed purchase or provider outage. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Intellectual property and feedback

Oraivex branding, interface, code, prompts, graphics, sounds and original implementation are owned by the developer or licensed providers, subject to third-party/open-source rights. You may not copy, resell, clone or redistribute protected parts except as law or a licence permits. Feedback may be used to improve the product without compensation unless separately agreed.
