Local-first personal intelligence

Body profile, plans, feelings, Life OS, Paid Intelligence results, Lab history, photos, Mind Room memory, sleep and Now/Day/Future histories are designed to remain on the device unless the adult user requests an online feature. Account identity, entitlements, quotas, current coin balance, security and live-minute state are server-backed.

Oraivex no longer asks for or keeps dedicated allergy, medical-condition, injury, pain or movement-consideration profile selections. Legacy selections are removed from the local profile and stripped from older-client AI payloads. Food allergen checks and movement suitability remain the adult user’s responsibility.

Oraivex no longer creates map trails, saves places, links Wi-Fi networks to places or keeps place-based feeling history. The app update clears legacy Oraivex location-memory keys while preserving the separate user-requested live nearby lookup.

Named online architecture

Requested AI content passes through the authenticated Oraivex backend hosted on Hugging Face Spaces to Google Gemini. LiveKit transports live Coach/Mind Room media and data. Firebase/Firestore, Google Sign-In, Google Play/Play Integrity, RevenueCat and Google ML Kit perform the roles described in the Privacy Policy.

Only derived weather measurements may be included in Google Gemini requests. GPS coordinates, readable location labels, nearby-place results, directions, map history, saved-place labels, Wi-Fi identifiers and place-based feeling history are excluded. Paid Intelligence and Life OS also exclude account names, email, Google/Firebase identifiers and full birth date. A location word deliberately typed by the user remains part of that user-authored request.

Precise foreground location is separate from Gemini and is optional: MET Norway receives rounded coordinates for requested Weather; OpenStreetMap Nominatim may receive a typed Weather place; OpenStreetMap Overpass or Nominatim may receive current coordinates and search words for a requested nearby lookup; and Google Maps receives a selected destination only when directions are opened. Oraivex does not request background location or save location history.

Permission-minimized Android design

The build may request camera, microphone/speech, notifications, activity recognition and optional precise foreground location for requested Weather or live nearby search. It blocks Advertising ID, background location, broad external-storage access, and foreground microphone/camera/location service permissions. Camera, microphone and precise foreground location remain user-controlled.

Subscriptions, trial and quotas

Google Play checkout controls the localized price, tax, renewal and trial eligibility. Oraivex's current Plus reference price is USD 14.99/month or USD 119.99/year. An eligible Plus monthly offer is three days free, then the localized monthly price shown by Google Play; it automatically renews unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancel through Google Play. Coach and Mind Room share one server-authoritative balance and use finalized actual elapsed seconds. Deleting the app/account does not cancel Google Play.

Direct account deletion

Privacy Center can delete eligible server data and current-device local data without support approval. Narrow one-way trial or fraud-prevention records, a one-way deletion tombstone designed to expire after approximately 30 days, provider-controlled records and legally required transaction records may remain.
