Account & Data Deletion

1. Direct in-app deletion

Open Privacy Center

Sign in and open More → Privacy.

Choose permanent deletion

Select Permanently delete my account, review the consequences and enter the requested confirmation.

Wait for server confirmation

The app requests authenticated server deletion. After confirmed success, it stops Oraivex background work, clears notifications, removes app-controlled local content/files and signs out. No support approval is required.

2. Public email request

If the app is unavailable, email support@oraivexai.com from the Google account email used in Oraivex. Use the subject Oraivex AI account and data deletion request.

Do not send a password, payment-card details, identity document, App Check token, API key or another person's information.

3. Eligible data deleted

• Readable Oraivex account ID, email, display name and account-associated app documents.
• Entitlement/quota state, current coin balance, live reservations, request-status records and other eligible server account state.
• Firebase Authentication identity created for Oraivex, where present.
• RevenueCat customer records that the Oraivex server is technically able and authorized to delete, subject to RevenueCat's independent legal retention.
• On the current device: birth date/body profile, feelings, plans, Flow, Life OS, Paid Intelligence, AI-personalization consent state, Lab history, selected photos, Mind Room memory, sleep, Now/Day/Future histories, reports, caches and notifications controlled by Oraivex.
• Legacy Oraivex map trails, saved-place labels, Wi-Fi-place memory and place-based feeling history are cleared automatically by the current app update. Live nearby results are not saved as place history.

4. Narrowly retained records

Deletion does not mean every security or transaction record disappears immediately. Oraivex may retain:

• Keyed one-way/HMAC trial-eligibility locks for the Google identity and device so deletion cannot create another free trial.
• De-identified device quota/fraud counters needed to stop repeated abuse.
• A one-way deletion tombstone currently designed to expire after about 30 days to prevent a webhook or race condition from recreating a deleted account.
• Transaction, chargeback, tax, dispute, security or legal records for the period reasonably required.

These retained records are not intended to contain readable plans, photos, feelings, birth date/body profile, Gemini prompts/results, voice content, precise location or detailed coin explanations.

5. Independent provider records

Oraivex deletion does not automatically erase records independently controlled by Google Account/Google Play, Google Gemini security logs, Firebase service logs, RevenueCat, LiveKit, Hugging Face, MET Norway, OpenStreetMap Nominatim or Overpass operators, Google Maps, the email provider or other third parties. Oraivex will delete or request deletion where the integration permits, but each provider may retain security, transaction, legal or operational data under its policy.

Google says Gemini API prompts, context and outputs may be kept for up to fifty-five (55) days for abuse monitoring, safety, security and required legal or regulatory disclosures. Deleting the Oraivex account cannot force immediate removal of those Google-controlled records. LiveKit, Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play, hosting, weather, geocoding and speech providers may also keep records under their own settings, contracts and policies.

6. Cancel Google Play separately

Deleting Oraivex or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Oraivex AI and cancel renewal separately. Google controls purchase history, refunds and cancellation records.

7. Local-only data when the app is unavailable

An email request can delete eligible server data but cannot remotely erase local-only content from an offline or inaccessible phone. Use Android Settings → Apps → Oraivex AI → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. This permanently removes remaining local content and cannot be undone.

Current app builds also remove legacy local allergy, medical-condition, injury, pain and movement-consideration profile selections because Oraivex no longer collects these fields.

8. Verification, response time and re-registration

Oraivex may verify control of the Google account email. Requests are handled without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. A request can be limited where security, fraud, billing, tax, legal or provider obligations require retention.

After deletion, deliberately signing in again may create a new Oraivex account, but retained one-way trial locks and Google Play purchase history continue to control trial eligibility and paid restoration. The user must still be 18 or older.
